New Trai Rule For DTH 2019
Trai याने की Telecom Regularity Authority Of India ने DTH & Cable operators के लिए नया नियम लागू किया है. उस नियम के मुताबिक ग्राहक अपने खुद के मनपसंद channels, select कर सकते और उन्हें उसी के पैसे अदा करने होंगे. अब operators खुद के बनाए packages ग्राहकों पर थोप नहीं सकते है. नए नियम की वजह से ग्राहकों का फायदा होनेवाला है.
Ncf charges in dth
TRAI ने नियम तो ग्राहकों के हित में बनाया है लेकिन Ncf charges in dth की वजह से ग्राहक थोड़ा नाराज हो सकते है. क्यों की Ncf charges याने की Network Capacity Fee charges को अलग अलग slab में बनाया है. 130 रुपयों के Ncf charges में ग्राहकों को 100 channels मिलेंगे और उसके ऊपर 20 channels के लिए 25 रुपए Ncf charges लिए जायेंगे ऊपर से gst अलग से लिया जायेगा. ग्राहक 100 channles से 1 भी ज्यादा channels select करते है तो उसे 5 रूपये Network Capacity Fee charges लगेंगे.

Videocon D2H समेत सभी dth companies को Trai New Rule के हिसाब से बदलाव करने होंगे. videocon में 31 January 2019 के बाद सभी plans बदल दिए जायेंगे लेकिन उससे पहले पुराने plans ही उपभोक्ताओं को दिए जायेंगे. बात करे 31 के बाद के plans की तो Videocon D2H की official website पर मिले जानकारी के नुसार Consumer Corner section में plans में होनेवाल बदलाव की जानकारी दी हुई है.
