Naruto is a Japanese manga series written and drawn by Masashi Kishimoto. It tells the story of Naruto Uzumaki, a young ninja who is recognized by his peers and dreams of becoming the leader of his village, Hokage. The story is narrated in two parts.

The story is told in two parts – the first set during Naruto’s teenage years and the second during his teenage years. The series is based on two of Kishimoto’s one-shot manga: Karakuri, which earned Kishimoto an honorable mention in Shueisha magazine’s Hop Step Award the following year, and Naruto.
Sony Pictures Network aired Naruto in India in 2012 through the Animax channel. Animax aired Naruto Shippuden for up to 144 episodes and 7 Naruto movies were also aired on Animax India.
It’s good to see Sony bringing Animax shows back to TV via Sony Yay.
