So far we see the two cities – Mumbai and Pune hosting most of the matches by being the main hosts of the event. The IPL 2022 timetable as announced last week will tell you the story as to when and how different teams will be playing against each other. We can see the ten different teams fighting in the contest with their best teammates within and outside the country. The IPL 2022 has two new teams playing this time, we have Lucknow SuperGiants and Gujarat Titans fighting against each other. Besides, you have the older teams like Mumbai Indians, CSK, KKR, and RCH in the older row.

MCA International Stadium in Pune
There are ten teams and these are divided into two groups – Group A and Group B. The former include the teams like MI, KKR, Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals, and Lucknow SuperGiants, while the next group or Group B includes Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Gujarat Titans. The venues include Mumbai and Pune as a majority of matches will take place in stadiums like the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai and the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. These two stadiums will host 20 matches each, whereas Mumbai’s Brabourne Stadium will also have a few matches in it. Talking about Pune, the stadiums including MCA International Stadium will host 15 matches each.
